Here’s this week’s workout routine: Monday: Legs {Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes, Calves} + HIIT Leg Extension: 12 reps, 4 sets Barbell Squat: 12 reps, 4 sets Kettlebell Deadlifts: 12 reps, 4 sets *sprint on stairmaster for 1 minute after each set* Single Leg Press: 12 reps of each, 4 sets Reverse Hack Squats: 10 reps, 4 sets Smith Machine Squat: 12 reps, 4 sets Calf Raises on Smith Machine: 12 reps, 4 sets *sprint on stairmaster for 1 minute after each set* Tuesday: Shoulders + HIIT Side Lateral Raises: 10 reps, 3 sets Around the Worlds: 10 reps, 3 sets Arnold Dumbbell Press: 12 reps, 3 sets Front Dumbbell Raise: 12 reps, 3 sets Seated Bent Over Rear Delt Raise: 10 reps, 3 sets Upright Barbell Row: 10 reps, 3 sets Wednesday: Take a Full Body Class!
